Gray's teams are responsible for on-boarding, product usage, best practices, training, customer support, professional services, partner certification, and developing long-term relationships through results.
A relationship expert, Gray has more than 10 years of experience in business, marketing and customer service roles. Prior to joining LeadMD, Gray managed a team of relationship management field representatives for retail marketing organization G.E.G.
Gray holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
