3 Ways to Use Rewards and Guarantee Employee Success

When executives clearly communicate with employees about what their goals are and what rewards they can receive in return for reaching those goals, employees are more likely to work to get there. That’s a win for everyone, right?

Not exactly. Incentive programs are great motivation, but it’s up to the leaders to ensure those benchmarks actually align with a company’s overarching goals. Otherwise, while employees are working toward their goals, it’s leadership who is missing the mark.
