4 Partnership Secrets for Hypergrowth Businesses

Partnerships can be a promising idea. They can also be a huge hassle. Especially when you’re a hypergrowth entrepreneur.

Partnerships are a double-edged sword. There can be someone working just as hard to make the relationship work and there can be someone else who let’s you do most of the work. This can be problematic, since you’re not exactly sure what someone is trying to accomplish based on a first impression.

There are a few ways to combat undesirable partners. Both need to define their roles, determine what they can do for your business, make yourself look prestigious, and lastly, communication. Silence is NOT a good thing for a hypervalue organization.
