Wanna Be CEO? Suit Up.

Adding “CEO” to your business card is the last selfish decision you make.

Leadership at the C-level comes with a hefty price tag. And I’m not talking about showing you the money. I’m talking about the sacrifices any CEO worth his or her paycheck makes on a daily basis. If you want to be a truly great CEO, you’ve got to suit up every day. You’ve got to be ready, willing, and able to master these five critical–yet often overlooked–skills.

Remember, at the end of the day, it’s all about how you make people feel. I feel really good about this one. What do you think?
