This video covers more program basics, particularly channels, progression statuses and success steps. A channel is defined as a general marketing effort, and this video will focus on e-mails and webinars in particular. Progression status refers to the evaluated state of a lead as it moves through a particular marketing program. And success refers to when the designated goal for a specific channel is reached and/or completed by a lead.
